Cases were initiated in Greene County magistrate court during the week ending July 12 as follows: Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Mark Edward Dugan II of Des Moines, violation of no contact order; Chad Lee Ferguson of Jefferson, public intoxication; and Amy Lee Fell of Van Meter, violation of no contact order.
